These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and lucky365 ("Company", "us", "Platform"). • A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. If a real-money balance exists in the account, it will be returned to the member once all security checks are completed, provided there are no outstanding liabilities or unresolved fraud cases.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, lucky365 shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including betting losses.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other language version of these Terms, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall take precedence for members based in Malaysia.
